2) No. Vertical size definition will works with height attribute only. Rows attribute used in order to specify how many rows should be fetched.
3) please clarify this. Could not understand the problem. how about just to add scrolls to panel with css? -

Yes this is what I was expecting. Can i get a sample code, at your feasible time?
However I though if scrollablePanel was available it would be more convenient.
