Purge revisions

Maybe a question already answered some where in the discussion and/or in the documentation, but i was unable to find it.

For the project i'm using envers, i only need to keep an audit trail for the last 2 weeks.

Whats the best way to purge the older revisions? Is it save to just delete all the audit rows based on the timestamp of the revision or is this just a setting?

I think you can safely delete any revisions with an old enough time stamp. If you have on delete cascades this should remove any audit entries.
