RichFaces 4.0.0.Final tagging, stage process about to start

Hi All,

I will be kicking off the tagging, and stage builds for 4.0.0.Final in just a few minutes!!!!

I will post updates here.

I will be creating and update the 4.0.0.Final release jira as well.

Note: we do know that a very minor respin is going to be required because updates the richfaces-showcase text that did not make it in.  We are hopeful that this would be the only changes in the respin.
