In my application, I have ~450 clients spread across the continental US. They have poor network connections, they maybe work 50% of the time. The errors at the remote locations are along the lines of unable to resolve host or timeouts, when communicating over HTTP. When this happens, they still try to send the JMS message (the way it's designed). However, no timeout occurs when trying to send the message. Is there a way to configure a timout in the HornetQ Client?
any blocking call on the client has a timeout set by call-timeout on the connection factory, although without more info its hard to know when and where your code is blocking.
