LoggingMonitor MBean startup

Hello,

I am using org.jboss.services.loggingmonitor.LoggingMonitor MBean to log attributes of my MBean. I would like LoggingMonitor to start logging only when I hit a button on my web page where I configure time period to log by specifying start and end time. However LoggingMonitor starts logging as soon as JBoss starts. I looked into <depends> elemenet and did not find it useful as it can only take another MBean name?

OK, I couldn't figure out declarative approach (using -service.xml) so decided to go with programmatic approach. now I create a object of LoggingMonitor service in my code and handle it programetically.
