Dead subscription reaping

Is there a way to reap dead durable topic subscriptions?  From reading the docs it seems that dead subscriptions could hang your system if memory thresholds are reached and paging starts.

not at present and yes, this would cause paging or memory problems if the subscriber was disconnected for an amount of time.

I guess we could add a reaper and a timeoput for dead subscriptions and delete them, not sure what a default should be tho, for some apps its fine for a subscriber to goaway for days with low throughput.
