Like Clebert and Andy already explained, you should post more specific information including the logs showing what doesn't work (you kept saying it doesn't work). Also when explaining problems, it's best to isolate the issue.

From what I understand of your question, all you are trying to do is configure a MDB to pick up messages from a remote (== separate JBoss AS instance) HornetQ destination. Is that your question? If so, then take a look at this discussion http://community.jboss.org/message/585727#585727. If you still run into problem, then please provide more details on what exactly the issue is.
