    does JBOSS provides "paid support" ?

      Hi

       

      Our company got much developed web application using Richfaces 3.3.2 and Seam 2.1.2. (JDK 1.6, JSF 1.2, JEE5).

       

      However, we faces problems such as upgrade Richfaces 3.3.2 to Richfaces 4.x, issue of IE 9 and etc.

       

      So, we would like to ask, does JBOSS provides "paid support" for our suitation.

       

      Please advice the minimum charge for support requests / project, this payment covers no. of hours for consultancy, your expert programming or technical advice etc.
