group by column question

hi everyone

When i click group by column is it possible that all rows are collapsed initillay.. so if only i press the plus icon the row is displayed.

So when loading all the values must be displayed. when clicking the group by column menuItem the group headers must only be visible. only after clicking the row it must get visible.

any help how to do this.
