There is no such attribute. If several inputs have the same name, component won't be able to decode submitted data properly.
I did not mean an JSF attribute. I meant a "resulting html attribute", that is to say the end result I would like is for my html input to have its name attribute equal to "email" without the id for the container component. Do you see what I mean? Is that possible at all?
Thanks in advance,
J.
Yup, I'm too referring to HTML attribute 'name'. Without proper container id, component won't be able to detect what 'email' user has changed: in 0th row or in some other.
Ok thanks Nick. It's a pity I can't have my name="email" attribute. I wanted this feature in order to take advantage of the browser keeping an history of the already-submitted values for email fields...
Never mind,
Thanks anyway,
Julien.
