How do we can configure <rich:fileUpload> component?

Hello Folks,

How do we can configure <rich:fileUpload> component of RF 4.0 that it will apply constraint for the maximum number of files that could be uploaded, Another thing is that how do we can configure it that it will start file uploading immediately after the file has been added.
