Richfaces ExtendedDatatable queries

Hi ,
i need to make a scrollable datatable with header,sorting,filtering.
The Header is not supposed to move.
And scrollable functionality should be present as in scrollable datatable.
While using filtering only the column values should get refreshed,not the entire table especially the header.
I tried implementing extended datatable but in extended data table the filter and header are displayed in two different rows of a column, which is again not needed.Both of them need to be in the same row.

Please let me know any ways of implementing this.

not sure where the concrete problem here? I could suggest you just create some sample and check if there are any troubles with implementing your requirements in order to start conversation and solve concrete problems :) I'm not sure which feedback you want to get by just very common description.
