Browser Compactibity Problem when using Model Panel along with Data Table

I would like to know if the above scenario is actualy an existing bug "Notes" or is it new.

Scenario

I tried using Modal panel along with data grid. in this situvation it works fine but when i am trying to use the modal panel along with Data Table its not happening in Internet Explorer by works fine in Mozilla Firefox and Chrome. I would like to know if any of the users has come across the same situvation if yes please help me with your sugesions.

Thanks IIya for your suggesion. I tested it in Internet Explorer 6 its working fine.

I think its having the problem when working in internet explorer 9. If you can ckeck the demo application in IE 9 you can find it..

Yup.. in IE9 we will have problems because of old version of prototype and jQuery which has issues there.

simpler workaround without filter - to use meta element which turns IE8 compatibility mode.
