4. Re: [heeeelp] rich:dataTable styles problem after a page refresh
ecaol May 31, 2011 9:14 AM (in response to raid3n)The reason is <rich:datatable binding="#{ managedBean.UIDatatable }">
If delete binding attribute, then I got it no problem.
If added binding attribute, then following contents was generated by RF.
<script type="text/javascript">new RichFaces.ui.DataTable("j_idt7:xxxxxxx",{"ajaxEventOptions":{} } )</script>

5. Re: [heeeelp] rich:dataTable styles problem after a page refresh
littlespider Jun 13, 2011 12:24 PM (in response to raid3n)Is there any progress or workaround?
I need the style of the table and I need the component binding (I am loading the table from paged model). I have tried the Snapshot of RF, and it seems that it wasnt repaired yet. Is it on schedule?
Thanks.

widura Jul 1, 2011 7:46 AM (in response to raid3n)I experienced the same problem and finally solved it after realizing, that I declared the binding in the datatable declaration to a session scoped managed bean. Since binding ui components to session scoped beans is an anti pattern which might lead to errors, I suggest you trying to bind your datatable to a request scoped managed bean if you didn't do it.

littlespider Jul 1, 2011 2:04 PM (in response to widura)Then I have question, how to properly save the state of the component between requests... If the user selects page 5, I want this information to be persistent between requests...
Thanks
