Yes, WSDL import creates the templates for your input your own transformation based on the other models you have created in your VDB project.
I am confused by your statement above as, load in as Relational Model, are you trying to consume from the service represented by the WSDL in the VDB and create views on it or you trying to produce a web service that is represented by the WSDL?
