rich:fileUpload using commandButton for upload

hi , I'm using RichFaces 3.3.3 and i want to use the fileUpload component.

due to the problem in the clear link in rich:fileUpload ,i want to use a commandButton to upload the added files.

which mean that i will desactivate the auto-upload and use a commandButton to upload the added files.

can you tell me how? do i need an action listner?
