Simple example for a jBPM noob

Hi,

I'm trying to understand/evaluate jBPM5. I already covered the basics. I was able to create and run a very simple process, like the one described here.

But, I'm searching the internet, with no lucky, for a simple example using a form, like this demo for jBPM3.

So, where I can found a simple example of jBPM5 in which a user will fill a form and submit it for approval?
