Upgrading JBoss AS

We have JBoss developer studio, using JBoss [EAP] 4.3.0.GA_CP01 (build: SVNTag=JBPAPP_4_3_0_GA_CP01 date=200804211657).  Could someone tell me how to get our application server to version 4.3.0 CP08?  We are running our developement servers on Windows XP.  I can't seem to find where to download CP08 or how to install.

You haver a support contract, right? You should then have a userid and password for the support site (https://www.redhat.com/wapps/sso/login.html?redirect=https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork). You can get CP08 from there. Simply replace the existing CP01 directory structure with CP08. I recommend deleting (or moving CP01) and then copying CP08 - don't copy CP08 directly over CP01. Then redeploy your apps. On the other hand, CP08 might come with upgrade inbstructions...
