Camel quickstarts

I have a pull request pending for two Camel quickstarts:

Between these two quickstarts and the existing orders demo (formerly m1app), there should be enough raw materials around to start playing with various combinations of what's gonna be in 0.1.  Please pick these up, verify they work for you, and try different combinations of things to see what breaks.

Just wanted to give a head up to people wanting to try this on AS7. I forgot to add a pull request for SwitchYard core for  SWITCHYARD-237. Before this pull request has been processed the quickstarts will not work on AS7 as none of the transformers configured in the Camel component will be registered in SwitchYards TransformerRegistry.

Hi Daniel,

I forgot to add a pull request for SwitchYard core for  SWITCHYARD-237

It is rather fixed by SWITCHYARD-249. Also the other issue with the @Test generating an incomplete transforms.xml file.
