about RichFaces and JSF

Hi I am a newbie wtih RichFaces

Is the RichFaces dependent on Facelet?

when I use tag <a4j:include>, It can include another JSP but can't navigate.

If I using <%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/facelets" prefix="ui"%>, it can't be found.

I want to know if I use JSF and RichFaces but no Facelet then some of RichFaces tag can't be used?

RichFaces could be used with any JSF implementation(3.1.x for JSF 1.1 and 3.2.x-3.3.x for JSF 1.2) and with or without facelets without any differences.
