V. Imp: Editing Components at Runtime... Help !

Hello Community !!

As we know.. in the showcase of the richfaces ... there is a drag drop demo... the company wants me to drag a component and drop it in Runtime... while the application is running ...

I mean a text field ... to drag it and drop it...

there is one problem ... binding .... how that can be solved???

we all know that when we bind components ... there should be a variable and a getter for it .... but if the component is new ... how can we bind it if there is no variable defined or getter defined...!!!!!

any ideas PLEASE ??? is it a dead end ??

If I'm understanding you right - you should be able to accomplish this using dynamic component creation mechanisms standard in JSF.  The drag and drop would just trigger actions that would result in the dynamic creation of components serverside.
