Optimize Richfaces scripts loading

Hi all,

Im wondering if there exists any solution to put all RF scripts and styles on a web app directory, so, we can use apache httpd to serve RF styles and scripts, we can also use cache and gzip compression for scripts.

My second remark concerns the generated scripts on jsp/xhml page, it seems that scipts should be put at the bottom to make page load faster, this is not the case with RF scripts.

Finally, a tutoriel about how to increase performance for Richfaces based application will be helpful.
