Dropdown Menu Hover Select?

I am trying to get a dropdown menu so that when you hover over one of the links in hte menu it would take you to that page without you having to click on it, any idea how to do this??

Anyone have an idea on how to make it take me to the page after I hover over it for 3 seconds??
