RichFaces CDK jar inaccessible

Regarding the article How to add RichFaces 4.x to projects not based on maven, I am unable to access this jar:

download RichFaces 4.0 M5 CDK annotation.jar from here and add it to your classpath.

I get "Forbidden". How can I get this jar?

Thanks for finding that! The link much have changed, I'll update it.

hi Jay, I am trying to use this jar. getting comilation errors with jdk 1.5.

cannot access org.richfaces.cdk.annotations.Attribute
     bad class file: C:\java\halo_new\lib\annotations-4.0.0.jar(org/richfaces/cdk/annotations/Attribute.class)
   class file has wrong version 50.0, should be 49.0
   Please remove or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the classpath.
           UIExtendedDataTable dataTable = (UIExtendedDataTable) test
