jdocbook fails to build

Hi,

I'm trying to make some project's doc with jdocbook but can't succeed so far. I have set the packaging to jdocbook and the follwing is the plugin configuration http://pastebin.com/4qVwHCRW

but everytime I try to installit fails. It won't even succeed the jdocbook:resources goal, it throws a npe http://pastebin.com/Q25d99A6

I believe some configuration is missing but can't see where
