Richfaces datatable edit/update cell - data provider class

I need a full example of editing the cells in rich:datatable.

In the Richfaces Demo application (url:http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/dataTable.jsf?tab=dataModel&cid=1261758), it mentioned the data provider class. Anybody can give more details on how to code and configure such kind of class?
