<rich:scrollableDataTable> add rows using ajax

Hello,

I am using <rich:scrollableDataTable> in my application, i have the work area in the top and table in the bottom of the page. When ever i create an object in the work area i would like to update the table with the new row.

How can i achieve this with out re-rendering the table ? How can i make use of ajax funtionality here so that only the row is added and the there is flicker in the view when a new row is added.

yes, I also looked for a solution to this problem, but none worked. Did you (or anyone else) found somethin?
