Accessing jboss website on internet...(its urgent)

hello all,

               i have created a website using eclipse(in jsp) and jboss server..

ican view the website in my localhost..and i have used 12345 as port..

http://localhost:12345/mailxpress/login.jsp

http://192.168.1.4:12345/mailxpress/login.jsp

using the above two urls i can access it...(192.168.1.4 is my local ip)

ihave a beetel 450tc1 router and airtel broadband connection...

now i have forwarded the port 12345

and i have ran jboss using run.bat -b 0.0.0.0

but i cant access my website using

http://122.162.42.233/mailxpress/login.jsp

(here 122.162.42.233 is my external ip)

giving link broken error

i have also tried dyndns..by creating dynamic dns access but noone can access my page,not even me

http://mydyndnsaccntname.dyndns.org/mailxpress/login.jsp

but it is giving this error

and when someone outside my network trying to access the page it is giving timeout error...plz help me huys....

Can you ping your machine from remote machines? If using windows: does "tracert yourhostname" reach your host? Does a "telnet" to your host/port work? Does any windows firewall cause trouble?

It sounds more like a problem with e.g. your router than with a JBoss problem...

no other machine can ping me...my windows firewall and router firewall is turned off.am sure about this...what could be the problem??
