Messages are buffered/cached in receivers/consumers

I am using 2.5.5 HornateQ along with JBoss 7.

Once messages are sent they seem to be buffereed for the consumer cache.

When I am sending 4 messages only first is picked.

I want the consumer to pick all 4 messages.

What might be the solution or work around for this?

I'm not understanding it either..but I will give a try by guessing:

I guess you have a consumer already.. just use that consumer.

or disable caching on the consumer.

There's probably a FAQ for this.. and several other questions on the forum. you should be able to figure out by reading the faq / manuals.
