2. Re: rich:calendar localizing the today and clear buttons
trossmy Sep 2, 2009 6:09 AM (in response to trossmy)ok, thanks, this is how it works:
You add RICH_CALENDAR_TODAY_LABEL to your default resource bundle, let's say messages_de.properties, like this:
RICH_CALENDAR_TODAY_LABEL=Heute
RICH_CALENDAR_CLEAN_LABEL=Zuruecksetzen
and the component will use these values in case of the default ones. It's a bit funny, because the month and day names are localized automatically if you set <rich:calendar locale ="#{facesContext.viewRoot.locale}"... -
3. Re: rich:calendar localizing the today and clear buttons
ilya_shaikovsky Sep 2, 2009 6:49 AM (in response to trossmy)just standard localization got from standard date objects :) and these objects knows nothing about clearing and today custom labels :)

4. Re: rich:calendar localizing the today and clear buttons
victor.bonafe Jul 28, 2011 11:48 AM (in response to ilya_shaikovsky)yes, but how can I use a non-default locale with the calendar buttons?
in my case, I have one locale per application inside the container, but a per session locale scenary will have the same issue.
