<login-config> <auth-method>FORM</auth-method> <realm-name>ldap</realm-name> <form-login-config> <form-login-page>/login.jsp</form-login-page> <form-error-page>/logonError.jsp</form-error-page> </form-login-config> </login-config>
This allows the container to present the user with the login page when there is no session. When the users session times out, the container will automatically present the user with the login page. -

AJAX requests do not support form-based authentication well. What browser is used? -

cmathrusse Jul 15, 2009 2:03 PM (in response to cmathrusse)Both IE and Firefox are being supported. As far as Form Based authentication goes, I've had no issues with this implementation other than the timeout issue.
