Runtime dependency on junit in jbosgi-spi

This https://github.com/jbosgi/jbosgi-spi/blob/master/pom.xml has a runtime dependency on junit, that's probably wrong.

Testing is currently an integral part of the SPI https://github.com/jbosgi/jbosgi-spi/tree/master/src/main/java/org/jboss/osgi/testing

In future we may separate this fom the SPI, which main obejctive is Framework bootstrap. Why is this dependency problematic to you?
