Subscriber to get message after client restart

Hi,

In Pub/Sub mode if I have lets say 3 subscribers on a Topic and one goes down. While it is down there was a message sent to the topic. Obviously the other 2 subscribers get the message. If after 2 minutes the 3rd subscriber is up again, will it get the message previously sent?

this is basic JMS stuff, i would probably take a loook at an online JMS tutorial, the Sun one is pretty good, specifically around durable and non durable subscribers

From here it looks like I can't do what I want. I want 3 subscribes all being durable without the need to start and close each one of them.

Is this not possible?

im not sure what you are asking, just create you subscribers durable and they will receive all messages
