1. Re: Unable to add deployment to AS7 using (Indigo, Jboss Tools 3.3M2)
rob.stryker Aug 12, 2011 1:39 AM (in response to johnnykeys)> I've created a new project using the jboss-javaee6-webapp 7.0.0.Final maven archetype.
Can you please explain your process for doing this? Server deployment only works on what are called "module core" projects (primarily) or on other custom module types we've implemented, so we'd be very interested to see an example of your project or a process of how you created it.
Thanks.

maxandersen Aug 12, 2011 4:06 AM (in response to rob.stryker)in other words - if you import this in to eclipse please be sure you have m2e and m2e-wtp installed (you get those if you install JBoss Tools Maven Integration from our updatesite).
Then when you import the projects should be automatically configured to be deployable projects and not just plain java projects.

johnnykeys Aug 15, 2011 8:54 PM (in response to maxandersen)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThanks for the response guys. The problem was that m2e-wtp wasn't installed. I thought this would have been installed when I installed the Jboss Tools Maven Integration. Once I got eclipse to install it from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/m2eclipse-wtp/ I was able to deploy my project.
Cheers!
