I found on tomcat,it is very easy to get users:

In tomcat 7.0:     

      MemoryUser genericPrincipal = (MemoryUser) request.getUserPrincipal();

        Iterator<User> userrs = genericPrincipal.getUserDatabase().getUsers();

        while (userrs.hasNext()) {

            User user = (User) userrs.next();           

            out.println(user.getName()+"<br/>");

        }
