How to dispay the F:facet tag in a4j:outputpanel

I want to have a Header in the <a4j:outputPanel ajaxRendered="true">

i have tried with <f:facet name="header"> but the header and the content in the header is not displaying

is there any other way to display the header in the <a4j:outputPanel>

use rich:panel and wrap it with outputPanel with ajaxRendered = true
