Migration Steps

I have an application running on jboss 4.2 and I want to migrate to Jboss 7. I have tried to deploy my application on Jboss 7 without changing any code in my war and ear files, but I get naming errors on my database resources (jndi). Are there any guides or instructions that describe the changes that need to be performed when porting from Jboss 4 to Jboss 7?
