Menü Problem / Question

Hello...
I want to program a menü which should look like this one here

That means you've got a few groups and when you open a group,
the group items are shown, which you can select.

Now the problem:
I want to add to these Menü an "Add" and "Delete" Button, with what you can add or delete groups. this don't have to be buttons. I can be picture from an "add-symbole" or an "delete-symbole".
I realy don't know how to add these functions to this panel menu.
Or are there any other menu's like this I can use, which have thes functions?

When you look at these panel menu, there are three groups and when you open the groups there are Items and I want that you can add Items to the groups and delete them. These functions has to be somewhere in these Panel menu as an symbole or button or something like this, but i don't know how to add these symboles or buttons to these menu.
Or gives an other menu, which allready gots these functions?

sorry.. now got the idea... jjust use label facet instead of label attribute. And defin the controls which should be insde in this facet.
