where to place application and deployment dependent properties

Hi,

in previous jboss versions we had the directory JBOSS_HOME/server/<servername>/conf/<application-name> which was on the classpath and we were able to put there application and deployment dependent properties.

Where can I place that properties in AS7?

I don't want deploy it within the war or ear because it depends on the deployment (test, production, customer1, costomer2, ...).

I don't want put it into system properties because I use the same properties with different settings in different applications deployed on the same jboss server.

I had the same issue when moving to AS7, my solution (although not portable) is:

new File(System.getProperty("jboss.server.config.dir"), name);
