    RemoteCacheStore missing from 5.1beta binary distros?

      I've grabbed both beta2 and beta3 and can't find the RemoteCacheStore (and friends) in any of the jars - primary, module, or dependency.  I grabbed the source distro and built it manually, but I'm wondering why it's ommitted when several other CacheStore implementations are there.
