Is there a way to log when messages are dropped by the address-full-policy?

We have max-size-bytes set for some addresses with a DROP address-full-policy and it would be useful to know if we're actually dropping any messages.

You should see a warning at the first message you got dropped:

"Messages are being dropped on addres" + getStoreName();

I'm adding a log.debug as well now for each message being dropped.
