rich:pickList problems

Hi,

I'm using a rich:pickList and am trying to display labels for the two different columns. Is there some equivalent to the sourceCaptionLabel and targetCaptionLabel attributes that exist for rich:listShuttle? If not, what's the best way to display labels above the two columns?

Also, I am having difficulties specifying a width for the two select columns for the rich:pickList, so that the two columns appear wider and don't cause horizontal scroll bars to appear. Is there a way to manually specify a width?

I have exactly the same question regarding labels for rich:pickList.

I understand that your post is quite old, but do you remember what solution you found?
