Jboss Portal application behavior

Hi everyone,

We have developed a portal in Jboss Enterprise Portal 4.3.0. The application provides an interface for our external suppliers to talk to our SAP system.Now we have recently exposed it to internet and observed a unique behavior.We had initally tested the complete functionality on intranet and found it working fine, but on the internet we observer that after a specific period of time,we are getting a connection time out.This is happening when executing large reports which require substantial amount of data to be fetched from the SAP R/3 server.The same request when I send using local IP address of intranet I am getting data on the front end.I checked that the data is getting to the Jboss Application server,but not reflecting on the browser of the end user.

Can anyone help me out on the same.

Hi Jean,

I am not entirely sure I understood your question correctly,but I'm just writing down the different components used n development:

The UI is designed using HTML and JavaScript.

JSF framework is used.

J.Co is used for connectivity to SAP business components.

Please revert in case any additional information is required.
