ilya_shaikovsky Aug 25, 2009 6:58 AM (in response to mark77)remove the borders from grid cells at all and use some container like panel around actual content inside the grid.

mark77 Aug 25, 2009 7:31 AM (in response to mark77)Hi ilya,
that's what I already tried. But with FireFox it is not possible to use width=100% and height=100% to get the same effect as if the border was drawn by the TD.
This would only work, if the TD would contain a fixed height/width - but that is not the case. If I specify height and width, the content gets either clipped or is rendered overlapping the next "TR"... -

mark77 Aug 26, 2009 3:43 PM (in response to mark77)Or exists there a browser independent method of getting the content of all datagrid cells the same height by extending the smaller ones automatically until they have the same height as the biggest content of the other cells (in a row) ?
height=100% does not work because if all the content of the tds has height=100%, the tds shrink and clip their content (or let it overlap) in firefox.
