Alignment in header facet with IE

Hi folks,

consider the following code:

 <h:panelGroup>

 <h:outputText value="DataHeader" />

 <h:commandButton value="button2" />

 </h:panelGroup>

How is it possible to align the two buttons on the right side of the header in IE? They always drop to the next line. I've tried various css-styles like removing margins/padding and setting display: inline, but nothing works. Can someone please give an example?

Yes, but then I can't enforce the padding of my headerClass. It always takes the one from the theme and I need to make an exception here.
