2. Re: FileUploadPhaselistener throws a java.lang.NoSuchFieldEr
pjmlp Sep 1, 2009 5:11 AM (in response to pjmlp)I cannot share the code, because I don't know what to share.
The application as such is not possible to share, my client would not allow it.
What I can say is that this error is happening regardless of which JSF page gets called.
Our application is making use of JSF 1.2 while running on Tomcat 5.5 together with Facelets.
Are the FileUploadPhaselistener changes something that require a real JSF 1.2 web container? -
3. Re: FileUploadPhaselistener throws a java.lang.NoSuchFieldEr
ilya_shaikovsky Sep 1, 2009 5:14 AM (in response to pjmlp)richfaces-demo at livedemo.exadel.com running at tomcat 5.5. and as you could see not has such problems.
Just share the page code for page with FileUpload, bean code related to the component processing and web.xml settings. -
4. Re: FileUploadPhaselistener throws a java.lang.NoSuchFieldEr
pjmlp Sep 1, 2009 7:23 AM (in response to pjmlp)Hi Ilya,
I have found out the problem. I wasn't aware that one of our pom files was overriding the version numbers we have set on our base pom.
As such, 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 were getting mixed on the same WAR file.
Problem is now fixed.
Thanks for the support,
Paulo
