./standalone.sh -server-config=standalone-preview.xml
The standalone-preview.xml has the messaging subsystem.

ziggy25 Dec 16, 2011 7:22 AM (in response to jaikiran)I just run standalone.bat to start the server. I just checked but i dont have a standalone-preview.xml file in my jboss-as-web-7.0.2.Final\standalone\configuration folder. I do have the standalone.xml file.

You'll have to download the "everything" distribution which has the standalone-preview.xml configuration.
