I assume that the REST server is still deployed and accessed on localhost, correct?
If so, you need to modify following properties:
jbpm.console.server.host
jbpm.console.server.port
you should find them in jbpm.console.cfg.xml.

The REST server is indeed deployed and accessed on localhost.
I found the jbpm.console.cfg.xml in ${jbpm.home}/src, however changing the value in it didn't change anything. Do I have to reload it somehow ? or redeploy it somewhere ?

I changed the file in jbpm.jar and it works like a charm now.
