freeze the rich:extendedDataTable Header

Presently, we can drag the header width of extendedDataTable..

I want to freeze the header. How can we achieve this?

you could use the rich:dataTable.

Which Richfaces version are you using?

Richfaces 4.0....

I am getting the problem in IE while i am stretching the columns.... u can see the issue below
