Is it possible to add a delay to each deployment of the war mentioned in a EAR ???

Hi All,

I am a newbie to JBOSS, i am deploying a ear which have multiple wars. When one of the war is deployed , can i have some delay in the next war deployment ??

eg : Test.ear -- war1.war, war2.war, war3.war

deploying ear, then war1.war is deployed

<< ! -- i need to introduce 5 mins delay -<<<<<<

<< after 5 mins --<<

war2.war deployment should start

is there a way to do it ??

Why do you want the 5 minute delay? There's no way to do that. You can however initialize those wars within a .ear in a specific order, by setting the initialize-in-order element in the application.xml of the .ear.

Or split the EAR to separate WARs and deploy them with CLI script... nevertheless, maybe its better to rethink why you want to do that anyway.
